A mom screams in shock as her son returns home to surprise her after a year apart.
Federico Carluccio, 22, left mom Cintia Nazzari sobbing in tears during a long-awaited hug after secretly coming home early, on January 10, after a year living abroad.
Cintia, who lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, hadn’t seen her son since he moved to Denmark 13 months before, and had been missing him every day.
So, to make his trip home extra special, Federico planned to surprise her at the University of Lanús where she works, with the help of her colleagues.

He said: “I came to Argentina to visit my family – I arrived without saying anything to her and surprised her at work.
“My friends picked me up at the airport and took me directly to my mom’s job where her co-workers were all complicit and distracted her while one of them helped me inside.
“Honestly, I felt I had seen her a week ago thanks to today’s technology, but seeing her reaction was between a cry and a laugh – she had enormous happiness.
“I didn’t expect her reaction at all, I felt she was about to pass out so I hurried a little and grabbed her quickly.
“After the video we spent some time talking to my mom and then went to see my dad.”
