Brock Beadle and Cody Codner, both from Iowa, have been best friends since before preschool.
Both went on to become linemen, before Cody eventually signed up to the Marines.
Knowing his best friend was unlikely to get leave from the military in time for his wedding day, he appointed his cousin as best man.
But thanks to the help of Brock’s future wife Alexis Simmons and sister Laney, who has Downs Syndrome, Cody was able to spring a surprise the night before the wedding during rehearsals.
