Bride Surprises Maid Of Honor In Labor With Sweet Hospital Visit From Entire Wedding Party

A maid of honor who went into labor on the morning of her friend’s wedding was given a beautiful surprise when the entire wedding party turned up at her bedside in hospital.

When bride Skye discovered that her maid of honor and friend of more than eight years, Hannah, was due to give birth around the time of her wedding, the pair decided what will be will be.

Hannah attended the rehearsal dinner the night before the big day, but at 1.30am in the early hours of the wedding day itself the maid of honor’s water broke.

Friends didn’t tell Skye until the morning, but she said she had to be by her bestie’s side at some point during the day.

After the ceremony, Skye, from Saskatchewan, Canada, checked with hospital staff to ask if she could bring the wedding party to visit Hannah, who was still in labor.

Having been given the green light, the group jumped in the “party bus” and headed to the hospital, getting clapped as they entered and made their way through the halls.

Seeing Hannah made Skye cry with happiness, and after checking in on her and taking photos, the group headed back to the celebrations.

Hannah gave birth later that day – right around the time she would have been giving a maid of honor speech – and another one of Skye’s friends, Alyson, later shared videos of the wedding party’s wholesome hospital visit on social media.

Skye said: “I knew we had to go to the hospital.
