This is the hilarious moment a three-year-old thought a phone landline was part of an ancient Rome museum exhibition.
When Brianne Bartolini took her daughter to look around Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome, Italy, she expected her to ask about the items from the first-century AD mausoleum.
Funny footage shows an awestruck Bridget turn to her mom and point at something, asking ‘what’s that one mommy’.
When Brianne answered, she turned to show that it was, in fact, a landline phone clearly installed for use by staff.
Brianne said: “This was the first time Bridget would have seen a landline phone.
“We go to a lot of museums in and around Rome and she asks many questions. I think she thought it was part of the history of Castel Sant’Angelo.
“Because she’s growing up in Rome, she’s surrounded by ancient history.
“It must be hard to distinguish between something from centuries ago and something from decades ago.
“After the video I went back and explained to her that the phone is used by the people that work in the museum.”
