Heavy metal icons Judas Priest presented the Los Angeles Fire Department with a $100,000 donation to help victims of the devastating wildfires that tore through Southern California.
Band members Rob Halford, Ian Hill, Scott Travis and Richie Faulkner personally handed the check to six LAFD members backstage at the Kia Forum before their Sunday concert in the state.
The generous contribution will support people affected by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires that burned through the region in early 2025. The fires, fueled by strong winds, destroyed thousands of homes across LA County.

Judas Priest follows fellow metal giants Metallica in supporting wildfire relief. Metallica donated $500,000 in January through their All Within My Hands Foundation.
Among those who lost homes in the fires was Iron Maiden guitarist Adrian Smith, one of thousands of LA residents displaced by the disaster.
The Birmingham-formed band has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and is frequently ranked among the greatest metal bands of all time. Their 1980 album British Steel brought them mainstream attention after struggling with poor record production through the 1970s.
