A boy whose brother lost his cancer battle before fulfilling his dream of getting out of hospital to eat at his beloved Texas Roadhouse paid an emotional visit to the restaurant once more to honor his sibling and receive his birthday Ye-Has.
While in hospital during his cancer treatment, 17-year-old Justin Hylton was asked what meal he would like to eat when he came off his ventilator, and the teenager declared Texas Roadhouse, his favorite restaurant.
Mom Amanda, 36, from Lafayette, Georgia, and hospital staff had planned to get the meal to him as soon as possible, but unfortunately Justin passed before the family or hospital staff could make his dream happen.
During Justin’s fight, his younger brother, Noah, 10, was there by his side, and having heard about Justin’s dream, a kindhearted donor gifted the family a voucher to the restaurant, but the family said it would have been too emotional to go.

Then having visited a museum for Noah’s birthday, Noah’s parents had planned to eat at another steak restaurant, but there was a two-hour wait.
It was then that they said they felt Justin’s presence, as Noah had said that he would like to take the leap and eat at Texas Roadhouse once more.
Having made the brave step, the family said that it felt right to mention that it was Noah’s birthday, and to go through the tradition of receiving Ye-Has from staff.
As the difficult moment took place, Amanda and her husband, Chris, 45, held back tears, as Noah took everything in and thought about his brother, always having a positive outlook, his family said.
Amanda captured the beautiful moment on video, later sharing it on social media.
She said: “When hospital staff asked what he wanted to eat when he got off the vent, Justin kept saying Texas Roadhouse.
“It was his favorite restaurant.
“They planned to get it to him as soon as he could eat, but unfortunately he passed away before that could happen
“When we asked Noah where he wanted to go for dinner on his birthday, he said Texas Roadhouse.
“We tried to go to another steak house because mentally we just weren’t ready, but Justin had other plans.
“The wait was two hours, so off to Texas Roadhouse we went.
“We wanted to make the best of the emotional visit so of course we told them it was Noah’s birthday.

“It was very difficult [during the Ye-Has].
“We held back tears but Noah being his positive self said, ‘Are you thinking of someone? Because I am. And that’s okay.”
“He’s always so positive and knows how to make myself and his dad smile when we’re at our lowest.
“The response to the video has been so positive.
“Noah has had many gifts sent to him from people we don’t even know on social media from his Amazon Wishlist with notes of encouragement, with people telling him that he inspires them.
“Which I can believe because he inspires me every day.”
