The incredible determination of a dog to escape from a Virginia animal hospital and see his humans has been caught on camera.
The master doggy escape artist, a Great Pyrenees named General, unlocked his pen at the kennel where he was boarded.
Under the cover of darkness, General sets off on his daring journey.
The pooch walks down a narrow hallway and comes to a series of doors at Aquia-Garrisonville Animal Hospital, but they were no match for the animal.

Using his mouth to work the handles, he gentle frees himself door by door, until after unlocking the fourth and final door he is out into the street.
General then proceeds into the quiet street but thankfully he was later found safe and reunited with his owners some time later.
“He’s a little Houdini,” owner Travis Campbell told WJLA. “When it comes to doors, he can get a lot of doors open.”
Regardless, Campbell says that his family was still surprised by General’s impressive feat, and they’re happy he made it out of his adventure safely.
