The t-windfall started in 2023 when Kaylie Serpa, 37, from Folsom, California, discovered she was expecting fraternal twin boys, with Xander and River born in 2024. Then, in 2025, the family was stunned again when Kaylie’s younger sister Mackenzie welcomed identical twin girls Madden and Kolbie in July. And just a year later, in 2026, their brother Cody, and his wife McKenna, learned they too were expecting twin girls with the birth due on December 23.
