Veteran Tim Serres, who suffers from COPD, was surprised with a new mobility scooter by fellow veterans Kenny Jary and Amanda Kline. The heartwarming gesture left Tim in tears, and he was able to use the scooter to drive around the park with his family for the first time in years.
